Any confirmed delivery commitment should be reflected in applicable written transaction documentation.

7. Compliance and Documentation

Government, institutional, education, prime contractor, or other procurement requests may contain product-specific or transaction-specific compliance requirements.

8. Vendor Onboarding

Submitting a vendor onboarding request does not mean that GIANKOR has been approved, registered, certified, activated, or accepted as a vendor by the requesting organization.
